This page describes what this website collects, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if something here is unclear, email us and we will answer it directly.
What you send us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, a budget range, and your message. Those five fields are the only personal information we ask anyone for. There is also a hidden field that catches spam bots; if you are a person, you will never see it or fill it in.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission straight to our hello@buildrocketlabs.com inbox. We read it, we reply to it, and it lives in that inbox. This site has no database and no accounts — there is nothing to log into and no profile of you being assembled anywhere in it.
If you book a call, that happens on Cal.com and is governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives on WhatsApp.
What we measure
PostHog records which pages are viewed and a short list of named events — a call booked, a form submitted, the pricing section reached, a case study read, the before/after slider dragged, a click through to a client's live site. Automatic event capture is switched off, so nothing is collected beyond that list. PostHog uses a cookie and browser storage to recognise a returning session.
Microsoft Clarity records session replays and heatmaps: an anonymised playback of scrolling, clicking, and where attention lands on a page. Clarity masks text content by default, so what we see is the shape of a visit, not the words typed into it. We use it to find the parts of this site that confuse people.
Both are on because this site is also our portfolio, and we would rather fix it with evidence than with opinions. Neither is used to build advertising profiles.
The speed readout is measured on your device
The live load-time and layout-shift numbers you see on the home page are measured in your own browser, by your own browser, and are never sent to us. They exist so that our performance claims can be checked by the person reading them rather than taken on trust. Nothing about that measurement leaves your device.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own purposes. We run no advertising and no ad retargeting, so nothing here follows you to another website. We do not send marketing email to people who merely visited — if you have not asked us a question, you will not hear from us.
Where it is processed
The site is hosted on Vercel, served from their Mumbai region, and their servers keep ordinary request logs. Form submissions pass through Web3Forms. Analytics data sits with PostHog and with Microsoft (Clarity). Each of those is a company we chose and can name; we do not pass your information to anyone else.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email hello@buildrocketlabs.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it on request, including the analytics record of your visits where it can be identified. We reply to email from the founder, usually within twelve hours; there is no ticket system to fight.
You can also stop most of the measurement yourself: browser tracking protection and any standard content blocker will block both PostHog and Clarity, and the site works completely without them.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it in the same release, and the date at the top moves. We do not maintain a separate policy that drifts away from the code.
